Singer-composer Sukriti Kakar says that she has forged ahead as a professional after getting a series of opportunities to create the music she always thought of.
This year is going to be a busy one for Shruti and her young sister. Talking about her efforts she said “We sisters have been creating a number of songs for quite some time now. During the lockdowns, we got more time to work on the music they wanted to create. She and her sister will now come up with a young soulful collection. Which they will release this year. And will be the first music-composing sister duos. Well, it is a huge achievement for both of them. That is what she spoke about.
Let us tell you that Shruti Kakar’s last playback song is topping the charts. Which is from the latest blockbuster Pathan featuring Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone as leads. She said when “Jhoome jo Pathaan” was released she had no idea that it will be a chartbuster and will rewrite history for her. She added “This is my first extremely power-packed track with Vishal and Sheykhar. And it was like a dream come true. Now it has turned into a milestone moment for all of us. She further said that it is a big achievement for an artist when the song is played in every nook and corner!”. She is all set to collab with her sister Prakriti to release their new album, they will be collaborating with international singer Matteo Bocelli along with their compositions.

Sukriti Kakar entered quite young in the industry. She hails from Delhi and rose to fame after recording the title song which was from the film Boss that also featured Yo Yo, Honey Singh. And from there on she started gaining popularity. Although there were challenges with each passing day, she and her sister did their best.
