TikTok is taking exciting steps in the music industry, announcing its first-ever live music event. The platform recently announced its inaugural live global music event ‘In the Mix’. The event will witness Cardi B, Niall Horan, Anitta, and Charlie Puth among others.
TikTok, the immensely popular social media platform, is gearing up its music game. It is coming with a thrilling new global music event called “In the Mix.” This exciting festival is scheduled to take place in Sloan Park in Mesa, Arizona, on December 10. The music event will feature top-tier artists like Cardi B, Niall Horan, Anitta, and Charlie Puth. A take it the best musical extravaganza. In addition to these big names, emerging music talents will also include artists like Isabel LaRosa, Kaliii, LU KALA, and Sam Barber, thanks to TikTok’s support program for up-and-coming artists, TikTok Elevate.

Paul Hourican, TikTok’s global head of music partnerships and programming. Revealed that their goal with “In the Mix” is to bring the popular “For You” feed to life for both the fans at the venue and those tuning in on TikTok. They want to create a show that’s tailor-made for the TikTok generation.
What’s even more exciting is that the main artists performing at the event are themselves incredibly popular on TikTok. They combined have the following 74.5 million people on the app. For instance, Cardi B has 23.7 million followers, Anitta has 22.7 million, Niall Horan has 6 million, and Charlie Puth has an impressive 22.1 million followers on TikTok. Charlie Puth himself is really excited about the event and said. “I love the community we’ve built and am thrilled to be a part of TikTok In The Mix.”
